Jon Cline, your Success Rabbi

I am a family man with two kids (currently) and a wonderful wife.

I help people execute, the most difficult part of any progress.

I have a diverse background in Information Technology, Training, Sales & Marketing, and Philanthropy having worked with organizations like Pasadena City College, The American Film Institute, and Covad.

I am an innovator and am always asking “what’s the goal?”

I am twice a graduate of the MAP Management System Workshop (2008, 2005) and received a 2008 MAP Presidential Award for Excellence in Management while at my previous company of 10 years.

Good execution requires commitment, some help, and great tools.

I prefer those tools be Software as a Service tools, available over the Internet and affordable to all organizations – even individuals.

I have used Salesforce.com since 2003 and became an early consulting partner in addition to a DreamForce speaker.

I have used Basecamp for years to manage projects and collaboration and recommend this simple but powerful tool to start gauging the real situation with open projects.

Thanks to my friend Dante Layton, I have immersed myself in the practice of good financial management using Quickbooks and have become an evangelist for others to do the same.

I have found these three tools create a great recipe for organizations, having implemented them for my clients with great success.

I have received extensive recommendations from those who have worked with me and I encourage you to contact them to learn more.

I believe trust is the foundation of business, especially with change management and technology projects.

I may be able to help you execute better and would love to connect.
